Hardware we install and service

  • Panic bars and exit devices (Von Duprin, Corbin Russwin, Dorma, Adams Rite)
  • ADA-compliant lever sets and door hardware
  • Door closers and hold-opens
  • Buzzer, intercom, and electric strike systems
  • Keypad and card access control

  • Electronic and dial locks for offices and cabinets

Repairs and maintenance

A door that doesn't latch is a security problem and often a fire-code one. We repair and adjust closers, exit devices, and strikes, and we can set up a maintenance schedule for multi-door properties.

High-security options

For server rooms, pharmacies, and cash rooms we install UL-listed high-security cylinders with restricted keys — see our guide to lock grading for what the ratings mean.

Common questions

Do you install access control?

Yes — standalone keypad and card systems for single doors and small offices. Ask us about larger networked systems.

Can you fix a door that won't close all the way?

Usually, by adjusting or replacing the closer and aligning the strike. It's one of our most common commercial calls.

Service area

Serving North County San Diego.
